For our Client, a multinational design and production company specialized in automotive fluid transfer solutions, we are looking for a Production Manager.



  • Manage the means to obtain the products with the specified quality and delivery in time: production costs control, productivity, losses, level of stocks of raw materials and manufactured products;
  • Relations about productive processes with the group;
  • Establish manufacturing planning according to customer orders;
  • Attending QRQC daily and monthly meeting;
  • Attending Gemba daily meeting;
  • Attending and Preparing Monthly Plant meeting;
  • Following of company KPI and improve of Company Targets;
  • Emergency Management Responsibility;
  • Promote tools for continuous improvement: lean manufacturing, 5S, Process and equipment;
  • Health and safety and Environment: Carry out safety, order and cleaning audits;
  • Ensure that the personnel under their charge complies with the procedures and protocols established in matters of Safety and Health and the Environment;
  • Informing relevant persons in case of environmental accidents within the scope of ISO 14001 EMS responsibilities, compliance with emergency action plan rules, defined occupational safety rules and chemical substance use instructions;
  • Quality policy: prepare and keep procedures updated;
  • Participate in product Surveillance Plans;
  • Analyze improvements or incidents in the Activity meetings;
  • Personnel policy: build a team aligned with the company's goals;
  • Collaborate by identifying the talent of the members of their team;
  • Detect and promote the training needs of their team.



  • Engineering / MBA;
  • Knowledge in human resources, ISO standards, finances, environment, healthy and safety;
  • English Speaking;
  • Computing at the user level;
  • Two years of experience in a similar job position, preferable in automotive industry;
  • Normal training period: 3 months;
  • Knowledge in Production planning.
