For our Client, a multinational company - FMCG (non food), we are looking for a Key Account Manager
Role:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Operating as the primary point of contract for key account stakeholders
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Manage a multiple brands portfolio
- Lead the collaboration with strategic partners in Romania: Win disproportionately (vs. competitors) with the Retailers by creating strong partnerships; Grow Category Shares with customers
- Negotiate annual contracts with IKA customers and lead/implement the Business plans with customers
- Identify the opportunities and create/ask internally for plans to win in the Market environment
- Budget management: proactively manage the budget with focus on efficiency of spending and annual budget preparation
- Monitoring the fulfilment of the agreed contractual conditions
- Improving the product portfolio on the shelf at each IKA customer
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated and detailed-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers
- Higher education / bachelor's degree
- Significant sales / account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Good negotiator, results-oriented and entrepreneurial sense
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
