Role:

Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the primary point of contract for key account stakeholders
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Manage a multiple brands portfolio
  • Lead the collaboration with strategic partners in Romania: Win disproportionately (vs. competitors) with the Retailers by creating strong partnerships; Grow Category Shares with customers
  • Negotiate annual contracts with IKA customers and lead/implement the Business plans with customers
  • Identify the opportunities and create/ask internally for plans to win in the Market environment
  • Budget management: proactively manage the budget with focus on efficiency of spending and annual budget preparation
  • Monitoring the fulfilment of the agreed contractual conditions
  • Improving the product portfolio on the shelf at each IKA customer

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education / bachelor’s degree
  • Significant sales / account management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Good negotiator, results-oriented and entrepreneurial sense
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
