Job Description
- Check the data accuracy of all the employees documents related to the individual employment contract (concluding, changing and termination);
- Provide follow up on the employee timesheets in order to ensure the data accuracy;
- Prepare the required data for the payroll calculation;
- Assist in the review of current employee relations policies, practices and procedures to ensure uniformity of application and compliance with company policy;
- Provide guidance, support and counsel to employees on defined employee relations issues. Escalates to senior personnel, when is necessary;
- Responsible for offer support in the recruitment and onboarding of the employees;
- Liaise with recruitment agencies;
- Facilitate company approved employee training sessions and guidance meetings;
- Within company policy assists in the investigation of employee complaints and disputes within company policy; documents findings and recommends disciplinary action and/or appropriate resolution. Implements resolution as approved by senior level personnel;
- Conduct basic internal audits of employee relations issues such as employee turnover, hiring, transfer and promotion practices, exit interviews, etc. to identify trends or situations that need training, counseling or improvement. Compile findings and recommend action(s) to resolve issues;
- Facilitate basic company approved training programs to enhance manager/ employee coaching, communication and feedback programs that enhance employee satisfaction and to resolve misunderstandings before they escalate;
- Identify potential employee relations issues, reports findings and recommends actions to stakeholders and our customer;
- Prepare, analyze and distribute reports as appropriate within company guidelines and confidentially requirements.
Job Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience working with human resources principles, practices and procedures, Human Resources laws and regulations;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Economics or related field preferred;
- Fluency in English language (reading, writing and speaking);
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS applications, etc.;
- Integrity, responsibility and motivated by the organizational values;
- Interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on employee relations issues;
- Comprehension skills for understanding needs and concerns & developing and applying solutions;
