Collaborate with the Plant Manager and the Group Compensation Committee in the design and implementation of remuneration systems. (comparative studies with the market) within the parameters established by the mandatory standards,
Updating salary tables and proposing individual increases accordingly with the compensation process.
Supervise the payment of the payroll so that the payment is made within the established deadlines
Supervise and control the correct application of labor standards in terms of labor contracts, social security, absenteeism, personnel leaves, calendar etc
HR monthly report (absenteeism, headcounts, accidents…)
Disseminating the proper organization of information and the implications of the Law on the protection of personal data.
Propose disciplinary actions and apply them with the prior consent of the Plant Manager and monitoring all process (claims, labor suits…)
Negotiations with the Worker Council, Trade Unions and other labor Committee.,
Internal and external relations with social agents, HR consultants, Labor Administration, mutual societies, insurers
Develop a human resources policy in accordance with the corporate culture, ensuring compliance with the business code of ethic, promoting staff talent and the commitment of its employees.
Conduct people survey to know the employee engagement level and take actions in case of deviations
Collaborate to keep a health and safety labor environment (training, membership of the H&S Committee…)

- University degree (Graduate in law) or Bachelor degree in Industrial Psychology, and valuable a Master’s Degree
- Knowledge: personnel administration, payroll, coaching techniques, health & safety
- Fluent English
- Two years of experience in a similar job position.
