For our Client - real estate group - we are recruiting FINANCIAL CONTROLLER – Group Reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting or auditing roles
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Romanian GAAPs
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Business English
- IT proficiency, including the ability to support the implementation of a new ERP system
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation and consolidation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with UK GAAPs
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting individual as well as consolidated financial statements
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
- Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
- Supporting external audits and implementing audit recommendations
