For our Client – automotive financial services – we are looking for an Finance & Insurance Specialist.
What does success look like in this role?
- Handling the negotiation with the customer (or dealer) for the conditions of financing and insurance;
- Reception of the financing and/or transfer files belonging to customers;
- Performing critical identity and all compliance checks on the customer file, preparation, recommendation and support of files/transactions to he Risk department;
- Handling the customer and all the contract data in the IT system;
- Preparation of all the documents required for the delivery of the goods and submission of the documents to the dealer/customer;
- Effective communicator, valuable advisor for customers, dealers and suppliers for financing – all types:wholesale, retail, fleet, Credit, Financial Leasing, Operational Leasing, Rent, Fleet Management.
What your profile should cover:
- Economical University Degree;
- Min 2 years previous experience in a similar position in the financial industry (automotive preferably);
- Min 1 year previous experience in similar position involving insurances for automotive industry;
- Customer and results oriented;
- “Getting-things-done” attitude;
- Pro-active attitude and problem solving skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Very well-organized person, self determined and strong team player;
- Able to cope with stress, display calm and positive energy;
- Fluent in English: both written and spoken;
- Proficient in MS OFFICE;
