For our Client, an international company specialized in induction heating technology – industrial sector with manufacturing plants, workshops and service centers in the Americas, Europe and Asia, we are looking for a Design Manager.


  • Coordinates the activities of design department: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, automation, technology and documentation ;
  • Review technical documentation received from customers / partners / the translation / adaptation / harmonization of standards
  • Establishing and overseeing technical solutions for offers and orders and coordinate the design activity to match requirements from sales contracts
  • Collaboration with other companies from the group for updating / correcting the technical documentation and the list of materials
  • Manage the workload of designers ;
  • Strategy and implementation of standardization for: parts, item numbers, design procedures, bill of materials, assembly materials ;
  • Co-ordinate the organization of technical documentation developed by the design department : archiving, burning CD, archive storage technique in the contract file ;
  • Responsible for work safety certification in accordance with equipment designed and produced in the company;
  • Provides update on projects under non conformities encountered during implementation (production ) ;
  • Provides technical support for Logistics Sector;
  • Plans human resources, holidays and days off for the subordinated staff, according to Company’s needs;
  • Collaborates in the preparation of annual budget;
  • Perform all tasks and duties assigned by the strategy and the decisions of Company’s Management;
  • Reports directly to Company Administrator


  • University degree, in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering (Master engineer);
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the industrial design;
  • Minimum 5 years experience on the similar position;
  • Knowledge of current 3D CAD programs (eg Creo);
  • Machine tools design experience;
  • Co-operative and motivating;
  • Manufacturing processes knowledge (manufacturing technology) – production experience;
  • English Language – advanced level;
  • German Language – advanced level;
