For our Client – chemicals – we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Orders registration in SAP, order confirmation and follow up the order
• Customer support: stock related information, open orders reports
• Informing clients about delivery term for on-going orders, tracking deliveries for allocated customers
• Monitoring the shipments and inform the clients about deliveries
Invoice issuing
• Issue different type of Credit Notes
• Complete and provide different documents for the clients
• Customer complaints: registration in SAP and solving complaints
• Warehousing and delivery planning (in cooperation with Sales Manager)
• Coordinate with logistics company and customers to generate the UIT code
• Ordering and communication with suppliers
Requirements:
• Previous experience within the role
• Experienced in distribution, warehousing, logistics
• SAP experience preferred
• Advance English
