Responsibilities:
Leads the long term vision for the brand / categories growth
Designs and executes integrated marketing plans to develop brand equity (including messaging, integrated communication plan, creative development)
Manages the product portfolio to maximize sales and profitability
Leads innovation plan and the new products development for the managed brand/ categories (including positioning, concept development, artwork)
Develop annual business plans in order to reach the annual brand & categories objectives (volume, profitability, market shares, brand equity growth)
Analyses business data, market trends and consumer research, proposes required actions for the business and follows through with execution
Closely collaborates with Sales and R&D to maximize existing business plans and to identify new opportunities
P/L management and budget control
Manages the relationship with advertising agencies and other appropriate partners
Requirements:
University degree, preferably economic studies
3 years of experience in Marketing, FMCG experience is a plus
Strong experience in successful brand positioning and communication development
Solid commercial understanding, trade marketing experience is a plus
Business finance acumen
Strong analytical skills, ability to understand consumer and market data and identify the sizable opportunities for the business
Focused on driving results, with strong data driven mentality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English
