  • Handle paperwork and documents
  • Offer support for daily tasks
  • Organize and plan the CEO`s agenda
  • Set schedules and meetings
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Oversee that all activities run accordingly



  • Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent education level
  • Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
  • Have the ability to work autonomously when required
  • Be a team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting
  • Organized, meticulous, good with numbers
  • Office Suite knowledge
