For our Client, one of the leading companies on the Real Estate market, we are looking for an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle paperwork and documents
- Offer support for daily tasks
- Organize and plan the CEO`s agenda
- Set schedules and meetings
- Collaborate with other departments
- Oversee that all activities run accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent education level
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required
- Be a team player
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of Accounting
- Organized, meticulous, good with numbers
- Office Suite knowledge
